Licence verification
Every profile is verified against the relevant public register before it goes live. UK creators are checked against the GMC public register; other markets use the local equivalent statutory register. Verification status is re-audited quarterly by our compliance team — not annually — and any lapse is flagged before the next campaign brief is issued.
Disclosure standards
All paid partnerships are disclosed in line with the ASA CAP Code, FTC guidance and applicable pharmacovigilance rules for the market in question. Sponsored posts carry a clear paid-partnership label; opinion-only content carries a plain-English disclosure of financial interests.
Adverse-event handling
Every campaign brief includes an adverse-event handling protocol agreed in advance with the client’s pharmacovigilance team. Creators are trained to escalate any comment that looks like an adverse event, product complaint, or off-label question. Comments are triaged within 24 hours and, where appropriate, reported into the client’s AE workflow within regulatory timelines.
Audit trail
Every asset published through the platform carries a full audit trail: brief, medical-legal review, sign-off, publication timestamp, and any subsequent edits. Audit records are retained for the period required by the client’s market and made available on request for regulatory inspection.
